If you've ever had to speak to a technician on a "help desk", you'll be forgiven for assuming that HELP is not a word they're familiar with.
If you've ever lost an important document, email, or text because the technology let you down - you might even be old enough to remember telling a teacher at school that "the dog ate my homework" - then you'll understand the random homicidal thoughts that can plague a mind driven to distraction as you go head to head with your latest tech gadget.
